Refund policy

Concierge or Mobile service appointments can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a full refund. In order to cancel or modify your appointment, please email info@iv.clinic. Any refund requests must be received in writing at info@iv.clinic within 7 days of purchase. Any requests received after 7 days will result in a credit for future services.

Please advise us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice of any requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in order to qualify for a full refund.  All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase after which time the order will be eligible for a credit only. All requests must be made in writing to info@iv.clinic.

Any change or cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund and will result in a credit. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without advising us, your services will be considered rendered and the order will not be eligible for a refund. In the case we cannot properly administer your iv, you will be entitled to a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.
